We take pride in providing our staff with hands-on support, creative freedom and ongoing opportunities for growth.   • In BC, there are some legal requirements to working within childcare. To fulfill these requirements you must:

    • Be 19 years of age or older

    • Possess at least one of the following:

      • Responsible Adult Certification

      • ECE or ECEA Certification

      • Completed university level course(s) in child studies

    • Clear a criminal record check

    • Have (or be willing to obtain) your First Aid & CPR level C

  • Working directly with children, you’ll have an opportunity to make a real impact in their daily lives. It can be a difficult, but rewarding job where you’ll get to make a genuine difference. You’ll join a fun, passionate and supportive team of other childcare professionals. We’re a social bunch, who love to celebrate our successes and hard work by hosting staff events like laser tag, sports games, movie nights, BBQs and more.
